Why a dashboard beats slash-only setup

Slash commands are great for actions in chat. They’re a poor place to wire channels, roles, messages, and multi-step module setup. Raptor’s website is first-class: enable a plugin, choose Auto or Manual setup, and bind existing resources with channel and role selectors.

Auto setup and manual binds

Auto mode creates the channels and roles your modules need, matching the same names and permission patterns the bot runtime already expects. Manual mode binds channels and roles you already have. Either path writes the same guild config the bot reads.

Do I have to use the Raptor dashboard?

No. The bot still runs slash commands in Discord. The dashboard is the faster path for multi-module setup, toggles, and overview.

How do I open the dashboard?

Go to the Raptor site, open the dashboard, sign in with Discord, then pick a server. If Raptor is not installed yet, invite it from the server list.
