What this covers
This policy describes how the Raptor Discord bot and website (including the dashboard) process information. Raptor is not affiliated with Discord Inc. Discord has its own privacy policy for the Discord service.
Data we process
Depending on how you use Raptor, we may process Discord account identifiers (via OAuth sign-in), guild (server) IDs, configuration you save in the dashboard, and operational data the bot needs to run features you enable (for example moderation logs, levels/XP, tickets, or economy balances). We do not sell your personal data.
Authentication
Dashboard sign-in is provided through Clerk using Discord OAuth. Authentication data is processed according to Clerk’s and Discord’s policies in addition to this notice.
Why we process data
To provide the bot and dashboard, remember your guild settings, keep features working, secure the service, and improve reliability. We do not use your Discord content to train third-party advertising models.
Retention
Configuration and feature data is retained while you use Raptor and as needed to operate the service. You can request deletion of dashboard-linked data via Support; some bot data may also need to be cleared from a guild by removing the bot or using product tools as they become available.
Sharing
We use infrastructure providers (hosting, database, auth) that process data only to run Raptor. We do not sell data to third parties. We may disclose information if required by law.
Your choices
You can stop using the dashboard, remove the bot from your servers, and contact Support for access or deletion requests related to account-linked data.
